We will send out your item in appropriate packaging and will send quickly and efficiently but once we hand the package over to the courier (Evri, Royal Mail or Yodel) we have no influence or ability to control the delivery. We cannot get it to you any quicker than you can when you send a letter in the post!  

We ask that you help us to help you by ensuring your address details are correct (not an old address) and that you allow plenty of time for it to get to you.  You will not get your item on Christmas Day if you order it on Christmas Eve!!!  We are not magical elves…
