Please also see our feedback – we always aim to ensure all items arrive in good condition and we despatch quickly. Unfortunately, like all sellers on here, we do occasionally get let down by the couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, etc) and we will always aim to assist you in this but we ask that you refrain from abusive or stroppy messages demanding to know where your item is!!!   Swearing and threatening us won’t get your item to you any faster. Once we hand an item over to the post office, we have no more control over it than you do. We are working very hard but even Santas Elves cannot magic your item to you once Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri have got it in their sweaty hands.
